eGov is a platform every person in Kazakhstan uses — from paying bills and accessing documents to even registering a marriage. Redesigning eGovernment was an ambitious challenge for us, but I believe we faced it with confidence and delivered strong results.



My role in this project was to redesign the logo and update the overall branding style to make it more modern, consistent, and user-friendly.


We provided them with clear guidelines on how to use colors, design elements, icons, and other brand assets to ensure consistency across all platforms.




In the end, our recommendations were: improve the processes to develop a better government platform; simplify login with QR; all personal documents of users should be accessible more easily; make the names of services clear and provide a list of personal services; make the customer center more readable with full content and instructions; make the notification center actual to keep users updated; educate people through marketing activities.
